How it works

You'll see a cross (+), then two words appear side by side, then a symbol (• or ◀▶) appears on one side.

Your task: tap the left or right side — whichever side the symbol is on. Do it as quickly and accurately as you can.

Don't try to analyse the words — just respond to the symbol position. The training works beneath conscious awareness.
